As part of the design team for women’s bags in the outlet channel, we contributed to driving significant revenue and growth for Coach and its parent company, Tapestry. My work was shaped by close collaboration with merchandising and a deep understanding of customer needs, while staying aligned with trends and functionality. In this fast-paced, competitive market, we relentlessly delivered designs that helped push the business forward. My contributions were integral to the team’s success and to meeting the company’s growth objectives.
The outlet channel provided a unique platform for design to explore novelty and high-velocity concepts, offering ample room for creative exploration and expression. Whether reimagining runway designs for a more accessible price point or crafting entirely new stories for the outlet market, each project was deeply rooted in Coach’s heritage, craftsmanship, and commitment to creativity. This space allowed for a dynamic blend of innovation and tradition, driving fresh design while staying true to the brand’s core values.
SLGS & GWP
As the lead designer for all gift-with-purchase (GWP) programs across channels and genders, I was responsible for enhancing and strengthening our GWP offerings. By introducing new, functional styles with highly favorable margins, we successfully increased average order value (AOV) while preserving the brand's integrity. This approach allowed us to drive sales growth while maintaining a strong alignment with the brand’s core values.
